Who We Are
BookBub is one of the fastest growing consumer tech startups in Boston. Millions of readers use BookBub every day to find great books, and our service helps thousands of leading publishers and authors drive sales and find new fans.
Connecting readers with great deals on ebooks is just the beginning for BookBub. We're growing our team to launch new consumer-facing book discovery features, tools for authors and publishers, and other web and mobile products that address the digital transition of the publishing industry.
About the Rotational Program
The BookBub rotational program is a highly selective 12-month business training and development program open to members of the Class of 2017. The program exposes talented college graduates from any academic discipline to varied roles at BookBub, a rapidly growing technology and publishing startup based in Cambridge, MA. Our goal is to match candidates with full-time roles at BookBub after their 12-month rotation.
Applicants will be placed in three to four of the following BookBub groups during the course of the 12-month program:
- Product Management
- Marketing
- Engineering
- Business Development
- Community Management
- Production
- Editorial
- Data Analytics
A candidate’s rotations will be customized based on their interests and experience. After their rotations, successful candidates will be offered full-time roles at BookBub.
What We’re Looking For
We expect the top candidates to come from diverse academic backgrounds, and will have the following:
- A member of the Class of 2017 who has demonstrated excellence in academic or extracurricular work.
- Curious about software, technology, the web, and publishing.
- Excited about startups and high-growth businesses.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Leadership potential.
Schedule
We are currently accepting applications for the summer of 2017. Offers will be given on a rolling basis through the fall and winter of 2016-17.
