About this Position
As a consumer business, product design is critical to our success. We are looking for a person who has the eye, experience, and intuition to help us create amazing new products. You will work closely with our founders, visual designers, product managers and engineers to continuously build and test new products and features.
Is This You?
You may or may not have a classic art school background, but after several years of experience building web applications or mobile apps, you have developed a deep understanding of UX standards and triggers. Building engaging experiences has enabled you to develop excellent consumer behavior instincts and the intuition to know what is needed to drive certain user actions. You’re probably an expert in Balsamiq, Adobe CS, or some other tools for rapidly building mockups and wireframes. It is critical that you have a good eye for simple, effective designs that reduce complex usability issues into simple interfaces.
A Few Key Requirements:
- 2-7+ years focused on user experience on complex mobile or web products (not just static websites)

- We really love people who’ve worked at consumer technology companies
- Experience mentoring other UX teammates
